Kazakhstan’s Ktz, Abu Dhabi Ports Group Discuss Joint Projects

Transport holding Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ) discussed cooperation in port infrastructure and logistics at a meeting with representatives of the Abu Dhabi Ports Group, the KTZ press office said.

The parties discussed cooperation within the framework of the Trans-Caspian international transport route, expansion of port infrastructure on the Caspian Sea, and creation of trade hubs in Astana, Aktobe, and Almaty.

“The possibility of implementing joint projects using the North-South route and the capabilities of the Abu Dhabi ports was discussed,” KTZ said.

AD Ports Group with a portfolio of ten ports and terminals operates several clusters covering Ports, Economic Cities & Free Zones, Maritime, and Logistics.
